Return and Refund Policy<\/h4>\n<p>The user or third party who received the order from Lumio Lights DOO Skopje has the right to return products within 15 days of receipt, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging from Lumio Lights DOO Skopje, including all packaging and security labels \u2014 except for certain products subject to additional conditions under the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/lumiolights.mk\/terms-of-use\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Terms of Use<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Products&nbsp; must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their full original packaging, including all elements such as lightbulbs, cables, story cards, labels and safety seals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">The costs of returning products are borne by the user or the third party who received the delivery, unless it is determined that the product was delivered incorrectly or is defective due to Lumio Lights DOO Skopje&#8217;s fault.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">In the case of product returns and a refund request by the user, the amount will be refunded to the bank account from which the payment was made within 14 days from the day the returned products are received by Lumio Lights DOO Skopje.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Return policy Lumio Lights &#8211; A light like no other Explore CollectionsOpen the Storybook 1.
