Product Delivery Policy<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"2378\" data-end=\"2449\">Delivery is made to the address specified by the user during the order.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2451\" data-end=\"2569\">The user must provide an accurate address and sufficient directions for delivery to be carried out by Lumio Lights DOO Skopje via licensed delivery partner<span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2571\" data-end=\"2710\">In case the products are not delivered or are delayed due to the user\u2019s fault, Lumio Lights DOO Skopje <b>is not obligated to refund any paid amounts<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2712\" data-end=\"2821\">Delivery within Skopje is free for orders over 3,000.00 MKD. Otherwise, a fixed fee of 150.00 MKD is charged.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2823\" data-end=\"2963\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', serif; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">Except for delivery in Skopje, deliveries to other parts of North Macedonia incur a fixed fee of 150.00 MKD, and deliveries to Kosovo incur a fixed fee of 300.00 MKD<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2965\" data-end=\"3055\">Estimated delivery times are take between 2-10 days.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3057\" data-end=\"3205\">If multiple products with different delivery times are ordered, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest expected delivery time.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3207\" data-end=\"3428\">Lumio Lights DOO Skopje reserves the right to deliver products beyond the estimated delivery time in cases where delays are caused by obstacles, events, or circumstances that could not be avoided despite reasonable actions taken.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3430\" data-end=\"3605\">Upon delivery, the person receiving the order must inspect the products in the presence of the delivery person and sign the delivery note if the order is complete and correct.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Delivery policy Lumio Lights &#8211; A light like no other Explore CollectionsOpen the Storybook 1.
