1. General Provisions

This website (www.lumiolights.mk) is owned by Lumio Lights DOO Skopje and is intended for browsing and purchasing products and services. It may be used by all legal and natural persons over the age of 18.

By visiting this website, you agree to and are bound to comply with these Terms of Use. Therefore, before using our website, please read them carefully.

Lumio Lights DOO Skopje assumes no responsibility if the user has not read or does not comply with these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with any part of the Terms of Use, please immediately leave this website and stop using the services offered.

These Terms of Use may be changed at any time without prior notice.

In these Terms of Use, the term “user” of this website refers to both the visitor and the purchaser, defined as follows:

(i) A Visitor is any person who accesses the website www.lumiolights.mk via electronic communication means and views the offered products and/or services.

(ii) A Purchaser is a natural person over the age of 18 or a legal entity who orders and purchases products and/or services from the offering of Lumio Lights DOO Skopje via the website www.lumiolights.mk.

For users who enter into a business relationship with Lumio Lights DOO Skopje, these Terms of Use apply, as well as the applicable legal regulations of the Republic of North Macedonia.

2. Offers, Prices and Payments

All offers and prices available on the website may be changed at any time without prior notice.

Lumio Lights DOO Skopje reserves the right to modify offers and prices for promotional purposes for an indefinite period without prior notice.

The payment is due immediately upon placing the order.

The order is not considered completed unless the payment transaction is successfully processed.

Payment transactions are processed through a payment processing system of an authorized bank.

The authorized bank guarantees the security of payment transactions.

Lumio Lights DOO Skopje is not responsible for any damages that may occur to the user and/or third parties due to improper or unauthorized use of an electronic payment card, such as payments made without the knowledge and consent of the owner or in cases of theft. Lumio Lights DOO Skopje is not obligated to refund any paid amounts in such cases.

3. Product Delivery Policy

Delivery is made to the address specified by the user during the order.

The user must provide an accurate address and sufficient directions for delivery to be carried out by Lumio Lights DOO Skopje via licensed delivery partner.

In case the products are not delivered or are delayed due to the user’s fault, Lumio Lights DOO Skopje is not obligated to refund any paid amounts.

Delivery within Skopje is free for orders over 3,000.00 MKD. Otherwise, a fixed fee of 150.00 MKD is charged.

Except for delivery in Skopje, deliveries to other parts of North Macedonia incur a fixed fee of 150.00 MKD, and deliveries to Kosovo incur a fixed fee of 300.00 MKD, regardless of the order amount.

Estimated delivery times are between 2-20 days.

If multiple products with different delivery times are ordered, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest expected delivery time.

Lumio Lights DOO Skopje reserves the right to deliver products beyond the estimated delivery time in cases where delays are caused by obstacles, events, or circumstances that could not be avoided despite reasonable actions taken.

Upon delivery, the person receiving the order must inspect the products in the presence of the delivery person and sign the delivery note if the order is complete and correct.

4. Return and Refund Policy

The user or third party who received the order from Lumio Lights DOO Skopje has the right to return products within 15 days of receipt, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging from Lumio Lights DOO Skopje, including all packaging and security labels — except for certain products subject to additional conditions under the Terms of Use.

Products  must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their full original packaging, including all elements such as lightbulbs, cables, story cards, labels and safety seals.

The costs of returning products are borne by the user or the third party who received the delivery, unless it is determined that the product was delivered incorrectly or is defective due to Lumio Lights DOO Skopje’s fault.

In the case of product returns and a refund request by the user, the amount will be refunded to the bank account from which the payment was made within 14 days from the day the returned products are received by Lumio Lights DOO Skopje.

5. Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of North Macedonia.

Any dispute or claim arising out of or related to these Terms of Use or their execution shall be resolved amicably by the parties. If that is not possible, the competent court will be the Basic Civil Court in Skopje.
